Lookout Advisors was founded and is led by Ron Dull, an executive with over 25 years of experience in customer experience-related operations, technology, consulting, outsourcing, sales, client relations, strategy and M&A. Lookout Advisors is comprised of Ron and a number of other strategy, operations and technology executives very experienced in “hands on” business leadership and consulting related to customer experience, contact centers and CRM. Our “home office” is in Cincinnati, Ohio, though our consultants are based in locations throughout the United States and world.
