Assess, establish strategy and develop plan for CX solution providers, including CX outsourcers & CX technology firms, to enter new geographic and industry markets
Assist in business development, partnership and sales planning; and serve as an extension of the sales team for CX solution providers
Facilitate the M&A strategy for CX providers, and associated strategic and financial investors, and to assist in the search, evaluation and introduction of M&A targets
